Using this website
These terms govern use of the public Earth&Craft website. By continuing to use it, you agree to these terms. If you enter a design, construction, supply or partnership contract with us, that separate written agreement controls the work and prevails where it conflicts with these website terms.
Information, estimates and availability
Website content is general information, not engineering, legal, tax or financial advice. Calculator results, rates, timelines, quantities and package descriptions are indicative until the plot, drawings, soil, approvals, selections and written scope are reviewed. A form submission or catalogue page is not an offer, acceptance, booking or guarantee of availability.
Plans and project content
House plans, drawings, images, text and brand materials remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Purchasing or receiving a plan grants only the licence stated on its invoice or delivery note. Do not construct from preview images, resell files, remove notices or represent our work as your own. Site adaptation and approvals remain necessary.
Your submissions
Provide accurate information, submit only material you are entitled to share, and do not upload or send unlawful, harmful or confidential third-party material. Do not attempt to bypass security, overload forms, scrape protected content, impersonate another person or use the site to distribute malicious code.
Third-party services
Links and communication services operated by third parties are provided for convenience. Their availability, content and terms are outside our control. Government guidance linked from our guides should be checked with the relevant authority for the particular property and application date.
Liability
We take reasonable care with the site but cannot promise uninterrupted access or that every item remains complete and current. To the extent permitted by law, Earth&Craft is not responsible for indirect loss arising only from reliance on public website content. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Law, changes and contact
These website terms are governed by Indian law. Subject to any mandatory consumer forum or jurisdiction, disputes relating only to this website will be handled by courts with jurisdiction in Patna, Bihar. We may update these terms prospectively; the date above identifies the current version. Contact us with questions before relying on website information.
