A compact duplex that protects privacy without closing out daylight.
On a standard sector plot with neighbours hard against both side walls, the circulation was pulled to the centre so every main room could sit on an outside wall.
A restrained material palette kept the elevation calm, made maintenance straightforward and kept the approved drawings and the DTCP occupation paperwork describing the same building.
